Tenant Outfitting for Restaurants

If you’ve secured a leased space for your restaurant, tenant outfitting is the crucial next step. We transform raw or existing commercial spaces into fully functional restaurants that meet your specifications. Our team coordinates everything—electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, finishes, and equipment installation—so you can focus on your concept while we handle the build out.
Whether you’re working with a small café space or a large-scale restaurant, we provide solutions that are efficient, compliant, and tailored to your needs.

Commercial Construction

Whether you’re a small business or a major retailer, you can count on K and K Quality Construction for your commercial construction and remodeling needs. We work with business owners and entrepreneurs in a variety of fields to build beautiful and functional storefronts and spaces so their business dreams can flourish.

Every project is a custom project with us. We’ve worked with fast food chains, specialty boutiques, retail clothing stores, hair and nail salons, and fine dining establishments to provide them with the spaces they need to succeed.
